The fully automatic hydraulic grease-filling machine is a quality product from Amba Engineering work, a manufacturer of lubrication and filtration equipments. The grease quality in this machine is adjustable from 0.5 to 24 CC outlets. The cycle time is 5 seconds. There are two, 4/2 directional control valves, 220V.DC. The reservoir capacity is 3000cc and 7000 cc. The electric motor for grease stirring is of 0.25 HP rating, and discharge per stroke is 20 cc. The machine has two hydraulic cylinders- one is for grease filling, the second one for pressing reserves grease continuously. Once the stroke is set, accurate quantity is always discharged.
